The Bear Creek community is nestled within Hilton Head Plantation, an expansive area covering almost 4,000 acres and featuring four golf courses.
The golf courses within Hilton Head Plantation include Dolphin Head, Bear Creek, and Oyster Reef, which are semi-private and open to the public, along with The Country Club of Hilton Head, which is a private, full-service club.
Hilton Head Plantation boasts a population of approximately 10,000 residents, comprising 4,199 homes and 79 lots.
